Earlier this year we won the Queen’s Award for KANE CARE 5 Star Customer Service - Our promise to never let you down or your money back

Last week we received our Award from His Majesty’s representative, the Lord Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, at a ceremony in our WGC home with team KANE staff & friends.

During the ceremony, the Lord Lieutenant congratulated KANE, saying this was the most prestigious award a business could win - He noted over 100,000 Hertfordshire businesses and over 6 million UK businesses but only 1 Innovation award winner in Hertfordshire and 50 nationally this year.

Receiving the award, Jonathan Kane thanked the Lord Lieutenant and praised team KANE colleagues; “We’re the UK’s only family business making engine & boiler analysers to win this award for innovation delivering our trusted 5 star KANE CARE after sales service to customers worldwide”.

He also pledged £5,000 to Hertfordshire Community Foundation, the Hertfordshire charity supporting over 100 local charities whose President is the Lord Lieutenant. Hertfordshire is rich in opportunity but has problems HCF helps address daily - We’re proud to support its great work.

Started by Her Majesty and Prince Phillip in 1965, the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise are the UK’s most prestigious business awards with winning businesses able to use the esteemed Queen’s Awards Emblem for five years - It is now for the King to decide to continue the awards in her Late Majesty’s memory or rename as the King’s Award.
